We are part of Blackhawk Area Council, but we are being told the 4 Historical Merit Badge has not been released. Where would we go to find this out. We see that alot of scout troops are doing this merit badge or even done. We have some people that are qualified to work with the scouts on the Merit Badges, but know one seems to know and we are running out of time for the scouts to get them done. If you have any info, please let us know! Thanks so much.
